Desentralisasi Fiskal dan Peran Mediasi Ekonomi Digital dalam Mendorong Kinerja Berkelanjutan Propinsi Indonesia

Problematika global seperti kemiskinan, ketimpangan, dan perubahan iklim mendorong PBB menetapkan SDGs untuk menciptakan dunia berkelanjutan. Meski Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan ekonomi yang signifikan, distribusinya masih belum merata. Desentralisasi fiskal menjadi strategi penting untuk memastikan pembangunan inklusif di seluruh wilayah. Studi ini menganalisis pengaruh desentralisasi fiskal terhadap ekonomi digital dan dampaknya pada keberlanjutan serta pencapaian SDGs lokal di tingkat Provinsi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksploratif untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara desentralisasi fiskal, ekonomi digital, dan kinerja keberlanjutan di 34 provinsi Indonesia pada 2023. Data sekunder diolah menggunakan PLS-SEM untuk memprediksi hubungan antarvariabel. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa desentralisasi fiskal tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap ekonomi digital dan keberlanjutan di tingkat makro, bertentangan dengan literatur yang ada. Ekonomi digital terbukti berperan penting dalam pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di tingkat lokal. Desentralisasi fiskal juga mendukung keberlanjutan sosial melalui pengelolaan sumber daya lokal yang lebih baik. Ekonomi digital berfungsi sebagai mediator, memperkuat hubungan antara desentralisasi fiskal dan keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi desentralisasi fiskal dengan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kebijakan, mengoptimalkan alokasi dana, dan mendorong partisipasi masyarakat dalam mencapai SDGs.
